For adults who have been affected by domestic violence, sexual assault, stalking, or human trafficking. We are here to help you feel safe, understand your experiences, and build strength and support in your life.
We provide individual therapy using trained, trauma-informed methods. These help you process trauma, learn coping skills, and find peace and safety. Some of the therapy styles we use include:
- Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) – Helps with strong feelings and stress
- DBT PE (Prolonged Exposure) – Helps gently work through memories of trauma
- And others including: Written Exposure Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing
We provide group therapy. Group sessions give you a chance to heal with others and build community. Groups help people understand themselves and others, talk about shared experiences, and learn skills together. Some of our group options include:
- Survivor Therapy Empowerment Program (STEP) – A trauma-informed group for people affected by violence
- Trauma Recovery and Empowerment Model) – Focuses on coping skills and recovery support
- CPT (Cognitive Processing Therapy) – Helps with thoughts and beliefs after trauma
- Groups using specific curriculums for survivors of sexual and domestic violence
All of our therapy services are free and are led by trained therapists.
