While the Minor League baseball season has been canceled for 2020, one thing remains unchanged – the need to Knock Out Violence in our community. Join DVIS as we continue our partnership with the Tulsa Drillers in Knock Out Violence’s 17th year raising funds for survivors of domestic and sexual violence. The fundraiser may be a little different from previous years, but we’re still asking you to step up to the plate. Here’s how you can help:
1. Be an MVP by stepping up to the plate as one of our sponsors. Sponsors will receive a Ball Game Box that will be available for pick up or delivered to your door, Knock Out Violence t-shirts, and special recognition during our Out of the Park Party.
2. Join the Home Team by making a pledge per homerun. Over the last 17 years, the Drillers have risen to be a top team in the Texas League, leading in homeruns in 2017, 2018, & 2019. Our typical pledge per homerun will look a little different this year as we randomly select the number of ‘homeruns’ based on past performances during our Out of the Park Party.
3. Attend our Virtual Out of the Park Party. Grab your peanuts & Cracker Jacks as we conclude our Knock Out Violence campaign with a special event at DVIS. We’ll highlight the impact your donations make in our community, honor one of our longtime supporters, and have a few surprises.
All sponsors and participants pledging $1 or more per homerun and above are invited to participate:
